Our energy arm, Oil Facilities, provides installation advice for blue chip customers such as British Gas, and fund providers such as Severn Wye Energy Authority. Our background in large oil, biomass, and Solar PV systems ensures that we are well placed to project manage such large schemes.

 

Oil Storage

All oil storage containers will eventually fail, it is just a matter of when. If bunded, and protected from the weather then the chances are that the tank will last longer than a single skinned version open to the elements. OFL offer a service where the tank is visually inspected, and the installation checked against regulatory requirements and best practise.

 

For much of the last decade OFL were the leading tank installer in Wales and the West Country, and have a team of inspection engineers with decades of OFTEC experience between them.

 

This team has been inspecting oil storage tanks at a variety of different commercial locations for the last 20 years, and with the expansion of the COMAH legislation to cover the storage of ALL hazardous materials on a COMAH site, diesel and kerosene tanks have now come under the requirement for an annual inspection.

 

OFL inspect tanks all over mainland Britain for COMAH registered companies, quarries, and transport companies and would welcome enquiries to see if we could offer your site similar cover.
