Following very strong winds, the roof of this property came loose and was described as "flapping like a bag in the wind". The whole structure was lifted off the walls and dropped back down following the storm. Following emergency works to temporarily secure the structure the roof was totally stripped and then rebuilt.
Work included internal repairs to render/drylining where restraint straps where installed as part of the roof build. All effected rooms where plastered and redecorated. Fire and solid fuel appliance where serviced and tested following works.
